The Green Belt to Black Belt course This course focuses on the Analyse phase in the DMAIC cycle and thus an important element is learning how to apply statistical analysis. As a result, you will be better equipped to identify the root causes of problems and solve more complex process problems. This course has two options: A two days course designed for Continuous Improvement professionals in the Services Sector. A four day course which also covers tools specific for the Industrial Sector The course will cover the Six Sigma subject matter. Upon successful completion of the theoretical classroom course you will be awarded Six Sigma Black Belt certification. Theoretical course The Six Sigma Green Belt to Black Belt Course for the Services Sector has a duration of two classroom days. The Six Sigma Green Belt to Black Belt course for the Industrial Sector also covers tools specific for an industrial/ manufacturing environment and has a duration of four classroom days. Both courses assume Six Sigma knowledge at a Green Belt level is still relatively fresh. The Practical Assignment is a project which the delegate normally conducts in his/her own work environment. During the project coaching is provided by the Master Black Belt. The project is assessed based on transparent criteria which communicated in advance.
